Simply, we are a team of creatives.
We've been telling love stories since 2018.
Lovers Day Out is a Vancouver-based studio of photographers and filmmakers devoted to South Asian weddings — Anand Karaj, Maiyan, Jaggo, Sangeet and every celebration in between.
We stay calm in the chaos, honour your traditions, and capture not just how the day looked, but how it felt — so you can relive it forever.

Frequently asked
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 8–14 months ahead, especially for peak season. Once you're ready, a 50% retainer and signed agreement secure your date.
When do we receive our photos & film?
An optional sneak peek within 72 hours, your full gallery in about 6–8 weeks, and your cinematic film shortly after. Rush delivery is available.
What's your pricing?
Single-day collections start at $5,600 + GST for photo & film. Photo-only or film-only start at $3,800 + GST. Multi-day and custom packages are quoted individually.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer value through bundled multi-day and photo + film packages rather than discounts, so every couple gets our full attention and quality.
Do you travel?
Yes — Surrey, Abbotsford, the whole Fraser Valley, and destination weddings across North America. Travel beyond Metro Vancouver is quoted per event.
Do you specialise in South Asian weddings?
It's our heart. We understand the rituals, the pace and the families of Punjabi, Sikh, Hindu and multicultural celebrations.
